Bill Anitech Enterprises Inc - Anitech's microchip bylaw passed by city of Toronto Anitech Enterprises Inc ANI Shares issued 18,711,474 1999-02-04 close $0.61 Friday Feb 5 1999 Mr. Paul Brown reports The city of Toronto has passed a bylaw that strongly encourages dog and cat owners to microchip their pets. Under the new bylaw microchipped dogs and cats will be eligible for a free licence if their pets are also spayed/neutered -- over a $350 deduction in licence fees over the pet's life.
