My pick for today is.... ECIC! 1.9 Mil OS. 100,000 Shares float. Has a $60 Mil. project going on. There is major news expected Monday followed up by another project. Their positive 10K filing should also be out soon. I have a midterm now so I can't give you all the information. Just read the previous news articles...
