Maybe, but I heard the same things back when I day traded in the internet stock boom of 1996. This all sounds so familiar, so now I tread with careful steps. The one thing that is certain, and I can say this from experience being in the business, and trading back in 1996, is that no matter what decision you as a little trader make, the insiders are going to get rich. I have always been a positive supporter of ebay, but the day I saw the float: 10 to 1 ,The first words I said was "Why you greedy bunch of %&%$!!!" So now we will have 120million shares and 14 million float? 45 Million private in one man's hands? Still bugs me, and I'm sure it bugs the institutions as well. This, along with the liability, in my opinion are the only two downsides of this stock.
