news of the placee of the last PP Int'l Cetec to acquire one million Int'l Tournigan warrants International Tournigan Corporation ITG Shares issued 16,553,331 Feb 4 close $0.10 Thu 4 Feb 99 News Release See International Cetec Investments Inc (ICT) News Release Mr. G. Arnold Armstrong reports International Cetec Investments has agreed to acquire 1,000,000 special warrants in a private placement with International Tournigan Corporation at 15 cents per special warrant for a total purchase price of $150,000. Each special warrant is exchangeable at no additional cost for one common share and one warrant of International Tournigan. Each warrant entitles the holder, on exercise, to purchase one share at 30 cents during a 12 month exercise period. The directors of International Cetec consider that this indirect investment will provide the company with a substantial position in International Tournigan, which holds the rights to a property which the directors consider to be of significant merit, and also consider that indirect investment is of significantly less risk than a direct investment in the exploration project itself.
