Ronald Reagan is a Myth perpetuated by the same people who are bringing us this "Shame" of a Trial. Reaganites are actually attempting legislation to put his head on Mt. Rushmore. Hell, the man was incompetent his last 6 months of office. It was covered up by the so called "liberal media". The spin put out by Reagan has Clintons Spin beat ten fold. That is why so many still believe in the Myth. He lowered taxes by adding taxes to Social Security and then stealing from Social Security Funds. (The Democratic Congress was glad to oblige). He also shifted the tax burden to the States which in turn had to raise taxes. People still have the same tax burden it is just shifted. Most poor people are still waiting for the "trickle down economics" he promised. He lowered unemployment by changing the way unemployment figures were calculated ie; not counting discharged veterans. Smoke and mirrors is the way Reagan changed the economy. The same smoke and mirrors put out by the "Lenonists" who are in control of Congress and are putting on this Kangaroo court Impeachment and changing the Country into a Banana Republic with a Theocratic Form of Government.
