As soon as I received my degree in accounting I bailed out! Spent most of my career to date in internal auditing/fraud. Never touched taxes. Even though I read a lot, I never heard of the term "tax effected" and suspect Avid invented it. Thanks for your analysis. Market likes Avid today.
