Tom, Why? The two have nothing to do with each other. DCI is making it's own way in the overseas LD area and IXC is carrying traffic for others. As long as we receive best rate status from IXC, then there is not a problem with what they do with the rest of their capacity. It has no bearing on DCI as far as I can see. Now if you are thinking that they could be one of our suitors, then yes there is a bearing on the situation. It would be nice if they are but it is not that big a deal if they are not. There are plenty of other mid-size LD's out there looking for good properties to pick-up and we are one of those properties. I just don't see it as that big a deal. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!
