Unfortunately I'm not thrilled with the service. Of course, in my area they resell Bell Atlantic which just adds a layer of monopolistic inelegance. Still, they could do a lot better. For example, their billing system--or methods of determining accurate billing information--is very poor. I've received about eight bills so far and have discovered errors on each one.

Their customer service people are courteous and helpful but I sense that management of the information they develop is lacking. I'm sticking with them for now but will certainly be looking at WCOM's offerings when I see them.
