You certainly are fast with a calculator. I like your work so far, but it would be even better if you would do the best case scenario where all shares are converted at $3.50.

I also think you need to factor in the exercise of the warrants because they will come into play when the price exceeds $5.22.

By the way, does anyone know for a fact that they are going to get $18.50 per sale or is this just a guess?
