WCOM's target price is neither here nor there. A deal hinges on Craig McCaw and, some say, on MOT. Have you been following the Yahoo thread? If not, check it out for rumors on a buyout. I don't know if it's true or not, but it's said that MOT is holding out for a better deal, probably related to retaining its exclusive with NXTL. Regardless, I believe that the time is near when we will wake up one day and discover that NXTL is about to become part of WCOM. Then the fun will begin because we'll probably see a European suitor jump into the fray.
