SIEB has a fair value of around $8.00 which is what they said it was worth in the rights offering document. ANYONE that thinks SIEB have a chance of making money in the internet brokerage business is seriously deluded. SIEB is too little, too late. They simply cannot compete against e-trade, Ameritrade, Schwab, etc. Above $10 this is nothing more than a tulip waiting to die!
