Jim, on the 8-K release. It looks like a little bounce in price is creeping into the trades of CYI this morning. Maybe word is starting to get out from the 8-K filed yesterday that there is the possibility of merger or sale of CYI. It will be interesting to see what starts to develop. This is one of those times "when the rubber meets the road" so to speak.
