To all, I am a long time owner and occasional poster. I am very optomistic about THQ and an earnings run up. However, if all these optomistic predictors believe their own posts, why aren't they gobbling up calls? I had bids in on the sept. 30s at 3 7/8 on wednesday. they did not execute, (bummer). The ask is now 5 5/8. I just more than doubled my position today at 24 3/8. I expect the earnings run up. BUT, I'm so used to THQ warning about WCW...or rumors about Activision...that I cannot be sure we'll ever reach fair valuation. And that doesn't even factor in the market or the internet bubble. I'm considering selling calls after we get the anticipated run up. If this thing falls again before Feb. 25, and the market remains healthy, I may sell everything and buy calls. How's that for rambling and wearing my heart on my sleeve? But, if I were so sure of 35 or 40 for march, I'd own every Sept. 30 I could afford.
