Jon, yes it was. Until January 21 or thereabouts last year it was listed on NASDAQ. It got delisted for being below $1 for more than 30 days. Got slammed all the way to the PINK SHEETS. Did not get a simple demotion to OTC BB. Traded today @.001 20K shares. JOE
