Observation OTC-BB's are totaly manipulated. Don't even bother trying to figure them out. Most of the time there is a large inventory to sell as they do not report financials. 99% are not kosher. They will trick you into buying and dump heavy on you. The market is not orderly like the NASD. They will hardly ever show correct B/A sizes.
