I hope you're right. I filled my position in VTS the past two days, so I'm content to see it move up from here. But sub-11 would be too tempting. It's just that I see significant buying support the last hour, and not much selling pressure today.

Frankly, I think a market order at this moment in VTS is a steal. But I'm biased.

BTW, I believe FLC may have started its grind upward.
