I'm very pleased by what I'm reading here. With all the comments we've seen in recent weeks about their "dire financial situation", I was gratified to see Lev say that Castle Creek agreed to the new and improved (for Valence) conditions because otherwise Valence would not have gone with the second tranche. Does that sound like a company desperate for money? Not to me. It is also obvious that uncle Berg has his checkbook ready at any time it may come in handy. And still we see some here harping on the death spiral, over and over. Amazing. - T -
