PCNTF currently trading up 323% from IPO price. 11:45 ET Pacific Internet (PCNTF): Internet access IPO opens. Shares currently trading at $85 1/2, up 402% from $17 offering price. Intraday range $84-$88. IDTC only down 3%, but not sure I would hald it for long if it drops another 2%
