Yeah, the tires are really smoking. A good strategic relationship, merger or sale of the company would do us all a lot of good. At least we now know that action is being taken to try to resolve the situation one way or another. I like the statement "the company is presently engaged in discussions with third parties regarding a merger or sale in one or more transactions." Now I can better understand the silence, many things going on. We can just hope for the best. I'll bet that the principal amount on the Convertible Notes will be restructured and that will possibly provide some way out during the AMEX appeal. But by April 14 the company may already have been merged or sold. Sure wish I was clairvoyant, but unfortunately have no such gift. Will just sweat it all out.
