EMR's MOU with Bateman is virtually a done deal.
All the legal documents are supposed to be completed and signed by the end of February(next 3 weeks).

In some of their previous press releases it was stated;
" Bateman, upon making a significant equity investment, will become the
Preferred Engineering Supplier to the mining industry for EMR's mineral
pretreatment technology."

I asked Carl Ash recently about the "form" of this significant investment,whether it will be a private placement or will Bateman have to buy shares off of the market?
He couldn't give an answer to this because that information is not released to the public yet(insider trading laws),but he did say that the company does not need a bunch of cash and it would be preferable to have 'the significand investment' come off the market.
We should know all of this info in the next 3 weeks.

Carl Ash said that the next 3 months should be very interesting for the company.

What I am hoping......1)Bateman's significant investment(hopefully 1 or 2 or 3 or 5+ million shares)will be purchased on the market.
***The stock price would "take off"***.
2)Then with Bateman financially on board,this would attract some big institutional investors.

Keep your fingers crossed,the next 3 weeks and the next 3 months may be very exciting,and hopefully.....$$$$rewarding.

Gary.
