has anyone tried talking with the company about their patent positions. I have emailed several times to Investor Relations regarding their claim of a broad aav patent covering "all therapies using an aav vector for delivery", but they have never responded. Targeted Genetics, on the other hand, has at least acknowledged the broad patent claims by other companies and has said they are "unconcerned, but looking further into it." They really musn't be too concerned, since they were able to work out a pharmaceutical deal for aav-CF treatment. It makes you wonder a bit about CEGE's claim.
