Dark fiber is fiber optic cable that has not yet been "lit". It is basically like reserving the bandwidth that we laid. QWST is laying 2 conduits through which cable is laid. One entire conduit will be dark fiber for sale (already sold) and the other is entirely for QWST. I hope this helps. Jason
