Alex. Brown said it removed STATE STREET BOSTON CORP and CIDCO INC. from its Focus List and added EMC CORP to the list. (Reuters 10:26 AM ET 02/03/97). AB is throwing in the towel. The time to buy CDCO, if there ever will be one, may have just gotten a little/lot (?) closer. Miles
