todays Delphi IPO came in with a thudd is anyone concerned that the clouded climate for tech stocks from earnings disappointments and interest rates inching up may delay IPO's waiting to be launched? All the hard/software stocks I like are down all this week. And I doubt it will take much to spook the Inets into a wave of further profit taking. Is NAVR really trading in such an isolated universe that we are now immune to such market forces?
