As it is now almost half way into first quarter and it still appears that have yet to file a form 10 , a listing in this quarter appears to be not possible. Contrary to what some say a Nasdaq listing is a long and drawn out process ,particularly since last year.It is not uncommon to take 6 months from the initial form 10 filing. My understanding on late 99 came from a comment apparently made by Tim Richardson I.R. BII
