I'm not sure which rig they will use. You can bet that they have one lined up, just waiting for the word. They have to announce this, but the decision is fresh, and you know how beauraucratic oil companies are. They will probably announce the actual spud (which for those that don't know, is that moment when drill-bit meets dirt). Regarding Winfield - bite your tongue - there's only room for positive vibes here!!! <ggg>
