Agree Karl. MM 'manipulation' is blamed for far too many things but unless I'm imagining it this is a pattern I have seen (and at first fell foul of) a few times. Those 7 1/2 calls are unlikely to be covered calls written by smaller players writing looking to squeeze a little more from the stock - more likely to be written professionally.
My bet is a close at 7 3/8 on Feb 19 (the anticipation of 23 or 25 cents will be hard to blow out I think).

My worst play on this was some puts bought 1 day before earnings, 2 days before expiry. At expiry, worthless. Two days later and they would have increased 20 fold. But maybe I am imagining it...
