It is nice to hear opposing views when well articulated. I do believe you are a bit pessimistic. Future financing may be in the form of debt from Pace, secured by cash flows from leased pallets. The urgency for a Nasdaq listing troubles me, as it is to often used as an excuse for a RS with no intention for the listing. The net tangible asset requirement must be met before a listing, and that also is a ways off.

It is beneficial fro Pace if they are to be a lender to "administer" the financial details, if at a fair price. If M. John has shares in CBNR, then excessive fee's would hurt him also.

You are correct, the PR just clarified administrative issue. I hope to see some operational issues announced over the next 2 weeks.
