HOUSTON, Feb 4 (Reuter) - Corestaff Inc said Tuesday it expects to take a one-time, after-tax charge of $1.4 million, or $0.05 per share, in the fourth quarter related to the sale of its physical therapy staffing business. The company said it sold the unit to International Nursing Services Inc in an all-cash transaction. Other terms were not disclosed. "Although this is a profitable business, the sale results from our decision not to pursue the healthcare staffing business as a separate line of business," Chairman and Chief Executive Michael Willis said in a statement.
