Re: RACE

An excellent piece of investigation. In my opinion, PR firms that I have been associated with (ones doing work for small companies) usually do all they can to attract attention by getting the company an audience with all the groups you mentioned in your post. On the surface I do not feel this is inappropriate.

From there, the company needs to present the various "song and dance" routines to these groups. If the "song and dance" routine is good enough, it gets analysts both stock and technical, private investors, etc. interested in the company and in most instances drives up the stock price, short term. After that, substance must come along.

Now in the case of Liviakis, while he might be doing things that are common, it seems he has a nose for companies that have no substance but excellent "song and dance" routines.

Looks like a good short but I want to understand it better first.

Thanks for the analysis.
