Ish, if you can't bear to eat vegetables, and I agree with Blue, that's unimaginable, maybe you could juice? A glass or better yet two tall glasses a day of fresh veggie juices would go some of the way toward remedying the veggie-free diet you're following. Even people who aren't crazy about chewing chewing chewing cooked veggies can usually manage to gulp down a cold glass of anything. My favorite combo is carrot, celery, parsley, some apple, and ginger.
I know a veggie hater who just does a couple of things, he drinks tomato juice or V8 twice a day, spiced up with Worcestor Sauce and tabasco, and has fruit juice twice a day. That's something, at least. I think you should look at it this way: if you don't eat any veggies at all, you're flirting with STEALING your wife's husband from her prematurely!
You could also toss down some green tablets or capsules. An expensive way to get greens, but if you can swallow capsules, you could at least do that. And juice.
