jim kelley...was it pushed or pulled into the channel?.... short term net result might be the same... VAR might have expected higher sales for Holiday season...VAR's when in fear of being terminated stock up in order to continue supplying customers during transition. It would tell us something about CPQ. The .43 was not necessary....41 or .42 might have had the same affect. IM(retrospective)O Why did you estimate so low? Loki
