SMALL FRY - Waterhouse times out in 10 minutes for me, but all you have to do is Reload/Refresh and your back in without having to logon (not good for security though)

Here's a link I came across rating brokers by user survey - and it's very up to date - Waterhouse's rating has dropped a lot recently.

Waterhouse was good today (I wish it went down when I was buying EGGS this morning !!!!)

I think a lot of the brokerages are having problems keeping up with the recent growth - everyone wants to day trade
