I think JDS shareholder's may get hosed on this deal. Reason why? The Canadian dollar is the wild card. If the C$ goes to .80 and UNPH goes to 100 that means JDS holders will have a security valued at about $62 Canadian. Not much of a gain! Hard to believe management would not have a clause in the deal prorating the share ratio to the C$ If our dollar were to back to par they would have stolen JDS.
