Mark,

I heard the same as you, that INTEK and Lehman Bros are headed to the U.K.
to start the road show. I hope that they will be able to generate some
buying interest.

Heard that N. Wilson, former Roamer One CEO and founder may have been a seller,
he held 2.5 million INTEK shares post merger. Don't know who is buying.

P.S. Watch Cortex Pharma (CORX)over the next few days. Should get a quick
pop.
