RPD are the initials for: Richard P. Dubrule RPD 215 S. Hickory St. Suite 220 Escondido, Ca. 92025 So who are/were they? Is it odd that no names of principals were offered in the filing you cited? I honestly don't know. Sorry, I did not include everything, it was getting too long. As for your question regarding names not being offered in a filing... what about auditors not being named...?
