Sam, did you know Investor's Digest now has a website? (www.idonline.ca. You have to subscribe). Anyway, they have daily "alerts/updates on the site, and they had one a few days ago on TD Bank. Not sure if it was Hugh Brown (probably was) but they said he was completely reviewing his anaysis and as an interim measure had upgraded his target from $60 to $71. That feels a bit better, eh?
