Doug,

I was looking at Bid.Com's last released financials, as well as their documents pertaining to their financing in November and was trying to figure them out. Since you have formal training, could you help me understand? The two questions I have are:

(1) Does Bid.Com have any "cash" left?

(2) When would they receive the money from their last financing, or have they already?

Perhaps you could also point out where that is/would be shown on their financial statements (I admit the only financials I've ever prepared have been for private companies, not being qualified to prepare for public companies).
