<< Total exoneration? He was impeached. >> He wasn't impeached. He was railroaded! The Republican House violated their public trust, and used their majority rule to impeach President Clinton without any witnesses. What a miscarriage of justice! What a sloppy job! What an abuse of office! The people know Clinton had a sexual tryst in the White House with Monica and he tried to cover it up. But, the people also know that the Republican Party has betrayed the trust given to them. Unfortunately, we the people must wait until the 2000 elections in order to make the Republican Party listen to us!
