You're right. The most recent Value Line shows 3.3% of insiders holding shares. It was in the "Business" section.

Am I correct in this? Value Line shows the Feb. 28 Revenues at 86.9 million, which is 7 million less than the Nov. 30 @ 93.8. So, SMSC is just confirming what Value Line had already estimated. Are they saying that aside from that 7 million charge the revenues were about the same as last quarter?
