Concerns about GGNC - Called over to GGNC today to express some concerns I had as a shareholder. The first person I spoke to in IR was Sean. Didn't catch his last name. He's a very young guy in his early 30's. I told him that I was a concerned investor and wanted to get a few things clarified. For one the two main people that promoted GGNC, Darren Little and Chris Sargent were no longer there...(my money was on these guys as well as the company) I'm sure your all aware that these two guys have moved on and formed there own company Bingo.com - My second concern is the financials - when are they coming out - I asked about Jan. revenues and audited financials - after a few questions like this Sean immediately turned me over to Keith Lindquist, an older gentleman with evidently more experience. BTW my impression of Sean was not good. He tried hard but he was obviously very nervous, unprofessional and possibly in a bit over his head. He definitely didn't give me any confidence. My perception of Keith was that he's a nice guy but also didn't give me tremendous confidence. He was down to earth and admitted GGNC is having some problems since Darren and Chris left. James is still in China and not due back for 3 weeks. I will say atleast Keith isn't hyping and trying to create a rosy picture. He did say that Ernst & Young had asked to be delisted as there accounting firm. They evidently don't want to be involved with internet gambling with is still a grey area. He said that audited financials would be out in three weeks and Ernst & Young would be doing it. He also told me that they're working on revenues for January now and those would be available by Feb. 15th, maybe.

I have to tell you I didn't get a great feeling. My opinion is these guys are going to get hammered with calls from investors. The financials are going to be delayed...there going to make up excuses and investor's are going to lose confidence.

IMO the stock will drop will below 2.00 in the short term. There's still long term potential that there are big question marks for me currently with this company.

My position in this company will be liquidated tommorrow. I will look to re-enter at 1.25 or 1.50. That's what I see. If you don't like what I have to say...do your own due dilligence and call the company and make your own decisions.

IMO sell GGNC and "Follow The Boys." Darren Little and Chris Sargent are now at Bingo.com. This is Darren's deal. Check it out. BIGG is the symbol. It's a bingo based free e-mail community.

By the looks of it, your Concerns about GGNC were well received... lololololol
