Here's a forwarded message from a trial member... Hi, I am emailing because, as a trial subscriber to SI, I am not allowed to post anything yet. However, if you have an interest in RCNC, you can go to washingtonpost.com and check out today's front-page story about Pepco (the Potomac Electric and Power Company) selling off its business and getting into a partnership with Starpower (RCN Corp) to sell internet, cable and phone service.
