A couple of months ago, I mentioned seeing the QWST train installing conduit. They were burying 5 sets of conduit, with two belonging to QWST and three available for other companies to purchase. By the way, the bottom two belonged to QWST, so if a backhoe happens to dig up some conduit, the other company's conduit will be dug up before QWST's.

The construction workers mentioned that in one segment in our state, the sale of one conduit to a company paid for the complete installation of the five conduits.
