To my mind cann't be any ups and downs without some investors who are net buyers or sellers. Smart guys (momentum traders) "help" them only. There is one area in the market are living by smart guys mostly - internet stocks. Bubble is bubble. No words. But SEG is different. It seems like you are right predicting SEG down to 32-33. Did you buy some calls or are waiting ?
