Press release is out: biocognizance.com and drug will be available in a week. However, LGND needs to do some follow up safety tests, so I'm not sure that "final" approval has been received and I'm not sure that the 6 month clock for payment to SRGN shareholders has begun (and it may not begin for quite some time because of additional trials).
