Wrapsters realizes that to stay competitive in the overall marketplace,it must have an increased presense on the net. Given the tremendous amount of attention the net is getting, coupled the the increased volume of online sales -- Wrapsters sees an online business unit as an essential element in long term success.

The company is reviewing a number of different web development providers -- both large and small who will be able to build the site. Development will go in stages. It is our belief that the first stage will encompass basic content on the nutritional supplements to be sold, allowing consumers to become more educated on the products and concept, a commerce area that will allow them to purchase products over the Internet via credit card (secured sever), or by fax/phone/mail. At this time, you will see a refined Investor Relations component to the site that will provide a single source solution to delivering adequate, accurate and timely information on the company and its stock/financial information.

Secondary development will come in two forms. First, enhancing the product lines. This will include synergistic products from other manufacturers as well as other diverse products that fit into the overall mix. These may include books, etc. via Amazon or Barnes & Noble, etc. The second form of development will come expanding the site to include a message board or community area. By expanding on and delivering compelling content, as well as providing a place for people to interact, the company hopes to give consumers a reason to keep returning to the site, thus potentially ringing the cash register more often.

Third phase development will come from developing interactive tools and a series of audio interviews via Real Audio or Microsoft Media Player (whichever). This will allow the company to deliver live media content and further provide a single-source solution for those wishing a obtain products, services and education revolving around a healhier alternative lifestyle.

With the belief that an educated consumer is more apt to continue to purchase product, the company sees content and community to drive commerce in the 3C model.

Additional services that will/may be offered is automatic email updates alerting consumers on changes, a ezine style newsletter, an associate program (similar to Amazon) allowing the company to expand distribution points and a automated purchase program allowing customers to automatically reorder the exact supplements they need on a periodic basis.

Overall, a fully interactive site. Along will this will come a seperate public relations effort that will ulitize in-store and Internet marketing to drive sales. This model will be similar to the Spiral Marketing model made famous by the President of Ziff Davis.
