just spoke to investor relations. report is due out"mid march"." last report was a quarterly, year end takes longer". Sorry if i mislead anyone with mid-feb, but it was just a guess on my part. "Negotiations are ongoing with aquisition" does not seem to be any problems but obviously can not give out too much info. they seem very upbeat, happy with 5 straight days of price increase. "call anytime" is her advice and if you have any questions this is a good idea. investor relations-914-725-2700 david
