Comparing CSCO, DELL and MSFT

DELL is expected to earn 1.47 for calendar 99
CSCO is expected to earn 1.60 for calendar 99
MSFT is expected to earn 1.60 for calendar 99 (after split)

Yet, DELL is trading at 100, CSCO at 102, MSFT at 80. Why?
Is it MSFTs ability to keep its value too low?
Is it the DOJ?
Is it that CSCO and DELL are overvalued?
Is it that CSCO and DELL have faster eps growth than MSFT? yeah?
So what is it? Anyone disagree than MSFT has the tightest grip
on its revenues and eps among the three titans?

This valuation descripancy puzzled me for a while. I attributed
that CSCO and DELL being way too overvalued.
