"Does Bid.Com have any "cash" left?"

When it comes to discussing finances of any company , a better question might be are their current assets (CASH in the Bank ) outweighed by their current liabilities and commitments. A look at their historic cash burn rate vs. projected revenues and cash flow management would also be in order.

As BII have not announced a closure on last placement as of yet and in the absence of current financial statements there appears to be no way to tell if in fact they have received any proceeds from same..It will be interesting to see if their accountants choose to include an opinion on their ability to continue doing business under the current financial situation and business model . This is commonly known to as an ON GOING BUSINESS CONCERN , sometimes placed on the audited statements of publicly traded companies.

As I'm sure you will agree that any company that has had qtr. upon qtr. of reported losses and continuous dilution of assets to finance operating debt is of concern no matter what it's line of business might be..
