80-90 percent of Atlantic Salmon is pen raised but I think very fine indeed. They are fed natural coloring agents, and are usually free of parasitic worms. Tuna is nearly all ocean-reared and okay, except you should examine the meat and remove any dead parasites. Not a very wholesome discussion, I'm afraid, but happy to bespeak you again.
